Get ready for the fourth edition of the Himalayan Flow Gathering! We are bringing together a diverse lineup of workshops and performances for a 4-day celebration of the flow arts.

- Logistics: Main passes cover festival entry and workshops. Food and accommodation are managed separately to give you the flexibility to choose your own stay.

Event Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Himalayan Flow Gathering, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Social Bird.
1. Ticket Purchase and Delivery
- Validity: Tickets are only valid if purchased through Social Bird or authorized partners.
- Delivery: Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address is correct.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
- All Sales are Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is entirely canceled by the Organizer.
- Lineup Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to change the event lineup, schedule, or venue without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
3. Admission and Conduct
- Right of Refusal: The Organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, disruptive, or in violation of venue policies, without a refund.
4. Liability and Assumption of Risk
- Personal Property: The Organizer and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Assumption of Risk: By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event, including any risk of personal injury or property damage.
5. Photography and Recording
- Consent to Media: By attending the Event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded. You grant the Organizer the right to use your likeness, image, and voice in promotional materials, marketing, and broadcasts without compensation.
6. Data Protection
- Information collected during the ticket purchasing process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of Social Bird. Your data may be used for event communications and updates.
7. Force Majeure
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the Event due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or natural disasters.
