Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

• This is a fixed group departure; the tour will operate only if minimum group size is met.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required booking amount.
• Seat allocation, hotel rooms, and F1 tickets are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Final confirmation voucher will be shared 7–10 days prior to departure.

2. Payments

• A non-refundable booking amount is required to confirm your seat.
• Full payment must be completed before the specified cut-off date, failing which the booking may be cancelled without prior notice.
• Prices are subject to change in case of:
• Currency fluctuations
• Increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or government levies
• Changes in F1 ticket pricing or availability

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• All cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellation charges apply as per the date of cancellation before departure.
• Formula 1 tickets, hotel bookings, flights, visas, and services once issued are non-refundable.
• In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be applicable.
• Refunds, if any, will be processed within 21–30 working days.

4. F1 Tickets

• The package includes University Grandstand tickets.
• Ticket upgrades (Main Grandstand / Turn 1) are available at additional cost, subject to availability.
• F1 tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued.
• Race schedules, sessions, and concerts are subject to Formula 1 / circuit authority decisions.

5. Hotels

• Hotels will be finalized once the group is full or by the specified deadline.
• Hotel allocation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out as per hotel policy.
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

6. Transfers & Sightseeing

• All transfers and sightseeing will be conducted via private coach as per itinerary.
• Tour timings may change due to traffic, weather, race schedules, or local regulations.
• Any sightseeing missed due to late arrival or personal reasons will not be refunded.

7. Visa & Immigration

• Visa assistance is provided as part of the package; however, visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy/Immigration authorities.
• In case of visa rejection or delay, applicable cancellation charges will apply.
• Social Bird is not responsible for denial of boarding, immigration refusal, or passport-related issues.

8. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
• Social Bird is not liable for medical emergencies, loss of baggage, or trip disruptions.

9. Force Majeure

• Social Bird shall not be responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Flight disruptions
• Political unrest
• Race cancellation or rescheduling

10. Behaviour & Group Policy

• This is a group tour; guests are expected to cooperate with the tour manager and fellow travellers.
• Any behaviour causing discomfort, damage, or legal issues may lead to removal from the group without refund.

11. Liability

• Social Bird acts as a ticketing and curated experiences platform and does not own airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay caused by third-party service providers.

12. Acceptance

• By booking this tour, the traveller acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms & conditions mentioned above.
• Any matter not covered above will be governed by Indian jurisdiction.
